The recently-remodeled entrance floor features a spacious family room/sleeping area with great views of the beach, a woodstove surrounded with a beautiful stone wall, a separate bathroom and shower, along with a large laundry room and storage areas.
The views are even more spectacular from the spacious and open upper-level, which features beautiful vaulted pine ceilings in every room. The living room also has a stone wall with a wood-burning fireplace. The spacious dining room very comfortably seats 8 and has a long bar that opens through to the kitchen for easy access and for sharing in the fun. Two of the bedrooms have a queen-sized bed and the third has a twin bunk bed. The bathroom on this level has both a shower and a bathtub.

Seasonal rentals include boats, kayaks, crabbing, horseback riding, and bicycling. The Manzanita Golf Course is an easy-walking 9-hole course with tree-lined fairways. The golf course is open year-round and the driving range is open May through September.
Manzanita, a charming, quiet, and serene village on one of Oregon's finest beaches, is a quaint little seaside community and is one of the few towns along the north Oregon coast that is not located directly on highway 101. The atmosphere is very laid back and inviting. This provides a more quiet and secluded vacation yet still keeps you close to all activities. Five miles of sand stretch from the Nehalem River mouth to majestic Neah-Kah-Nie Mountain. You can see almost endless beach with little or no development of any kind.
