A spacious 1400 sq ft home with a large upstairs living/ dining/ kitchen area, separate bedroom with a queen size bed, plus a full bath. Tables and chairs for 14. We furnish linens, dishes, and cooking utensils. Central H/A on both floors.
The upstairs is handicap accessible.
Downstairs you will find one bedroom with a king size bed, one bedroom with two twin electric beds, a laundry room with washer, dryer, and an additional twin bed, a TV room with a full size sofa bed. Also available are three battery operated inflatable queen air mattresses.
We furnish the staples, you bring the perishables!
Turner Falls is 7 miles and the Chickasaw National Recreational area is 6 miles from our lake house. Three boat launching areas are within 3 miles.
Please!!, no pets, or motorcycles. Please limit smoking to the outside and put out smokes in sand bucket on the deck.
