La Sirena Townhouse is one of the six townhouses that make up Las Villas Mar y Sol.The entrance is located where the interior garden area is and the Cabana (optional guest house) is by the door next to the rock wall.
La Ballena pool in the foreground offers an additional home with four bedrooms.
This townhouse's patio adjoins that of El Delfin, which makes the pair perfect for large families. There is an temporary divider that can easily be opend to allow easy passage between both homes. The floor plans are very similar.
The living room, dining room, and kitchen are on the first floor, with a half-bath off the entrance hall. Stairs lead from the entrance hall to the second floor.
The glass door opens from the dining area onto the beachfront patio and swimming pool area.

The master bedroom also has a private dressing area and closet and its personal bathroom with a shower and a marble wall high enough to fill a tub for a bath that children often prefer.
The second story has two bedrooms as you can see, from the second story landing. The left is the master bedroom and the right is the second beachfront bedroom with two single beds. They both have a beachfront balcony that overlooks the pool, yard and blue waters of the Caribbean Sea. The coconut trees along the shoreline frame the beautiful view.
With its location next to the Paradisus Hotel on the north and a short walk down the beach on the south to the Cozumeleņo Hotel, La Sirena provides the advantage of having your own home away from home with virtual privacy. Both of these hotels are all inclusive so you don't see much traffic along the shoreline.
Sirena is directly in the middle of this photo,above, and the pathway to the beach is between Sirena and Ballena. La Cabana is located directlly behind the double royal palm trees to the left of the center of the photo. You can see the door.
You'll enjoy the pool at La Sirena, overlooking the green grass lawn and the Caribbean sea.
The length of the pool is the part that is shared by Villa Delfin. The partician separates the main sitting area and a section of the pool.
Delfin and Sirena Townhouses's shared pool has a never ending pool edge that overflows onto a tiny pool the whole lenth, creating a soft waterfall sound to enjoy.
