Nestled along the west Maui coast, this centrally located two
bedroom one bath condo is just 300+ yards north of the Kaanapali
Embassy Suites Hotel, 35 yards to the Beach Park, and 70 yards to
the Pacific ocean.

The condo is on the first floor in a traditional Hawaiian setting of
lush gardens with a partial view of ocean and park. Reserved parking
space is right outside the condo. No stairs or long walks with
luggage. A non-smoking condo!

Honokowai Beach Park is right across the street where you can view
exquisite sunsets (and whales from November to May), barbecue, dine,
play baseball or volleyball, swim, or just meet people there. The
park has added new playground equipment for children. It is the best
beach in Maui for young children because of the protection provided
by the reefs.

Condo is 6 miles north of Lahaina (old whaling town), two miles
north of Kaanapali center, one mile south of Kahana, and four miles
south of Napili and Kapalua.

Condo is fully furnished with large refrigerator, stove, microwave,
cable TV, VCR, DVD, phone, small appliances, sports equipment, beach
supplies, etc. Newly remodeled pool, barbecue and picnic area, lush
gardens in front and back of our condo.

The kitchen is full size with a walkin pantry. An excellent Farmers
Market is MWF from 7 to 11AM just 70 yards from our front door! Free
samples of local fruits, jams, dips, breads, etc. A must see and a
great experience.

The master bedroom is decorated with Hawaiian paintings, the living
room with beach scenes, the dining room with light houses, and the
second bedroom with porpoises. Master bedroom has a queen size bed
and second bedroom has twin beds.

The floors are a dark brown plank except for the bedrooms which are
carpeted.

The condo is cooled by the trade winds, ocean breezes, and ceiling
fans in each of the rooms. As some visitors say it is the healthiest
they have ever felt because of the fresh cool breezes from the
mountains and the ocean.

Our Maui vacation home with all its amenities can be your home while

Excellent central location to Lahaina, Kaanapali, Kahana, Napili, & Kapalua. In condo: Boogie Boards Beach supplies - chairs, beach mats, towels Children beach toys, baseball bats and balls, football, frisbies Snorkeling and swimming fin supplies Cooler Barbecue supplies Library Guide Books, Videos, and CD's Coconut, Banana and Papaya trees just outside front door.

$610 for first week for single or double occupancy.
  Extra days = $80 a day.
  Additional persons, a 3rd or 4th individual in the condo, are an
       additional charge of $10 per person per night.
  A $60 maid fee for minor cleaning at end of stay.
  Hawaii State Tax of 11.42% on rental is additional.

Rate for less than a week is $95/day for single or double occupancy.
Normally a minimum of a one week visit. Maximum of four persons.

$250 reservation deposit which becomes a security deposit upon   
  arrival. Refunded after stay if left clean & w/o damage.

Reservation Deposit Is Refundable until six weeks prior to arival;
thereafter, 25% less per week, unless we can rerent your time.

2008 Peak Season Rates (Jan 5 to Apr 20) are 20% higher than regular rates. Christmas rate is $120/day for double occupancy from Dec 24 to Jan 5.  Extra Persons are $12/day per person.
