A queen size sofa bed is also available in the open-plan lounge / dining area, allowing the home to accommodate up to 8 perons comfortably.

The home also offers a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher.

Laundry facilities including washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and board are also available.

The sceened pool area accommodates a shaded informal seating area furnished with patio table and chairs where you can cool off whilst enjoying open views to Orange Groves to the rear of the home.
