You will find an King Master & a Queen Guest Room, both with full bathrooms & private porches on the upper floor. The lower floor has a fully-equipped kitchen overlooking the dining area & family room & a half bathroom. The family room includes cable TV,DVD, & Sleeper Sofa. There is also a large deck area off the family room overlooking a beautiful fresh water fishing pond!

Barrier Dunes is a secure, gated community w/2 fantastic pools. One is located directly on the dunes with a beautiful view of the ocean & a great clubhouse (200 steps from the front door!). It also has lighted tennis courts, fresh water fishing ponds, playground, pet stations & is VERY family friendly & pet friendly! A great place for a romantic beach getaway too!

St. Joseph's Park is located right next door, & offers excellent access to the bay as well as 7 miles of undeveloped pristine wilderness area & beach. The clear water bay is one of the cleanest in Florida & provides excellent snorkeling, boating, fishing, crabbing & scalloping.

Although Cape San Blas is quite, peaceful, without the dense highrise condo's of Destin or Panama City, it does not mean that you can't find "the basics" on the Cape. There are 2 outlets on the Cape for groceries and other "beach basics". Coneheads is .2 miles (5 min. walk) from the Barrier Dunes entrance & offers breakfast, lunch & ice cream as well as gift items.
