Our condo is located in BUILDING #2 ON THE 10th FLOOR, which is as close as you can get to the Gulf. Walk in the foyer, you see water, cook in the kitchen while looking at water, see the gulf while laying in the king-size master bedroom bed, or watch the dolphins and boats from the living/dining room and balcony. We have GORGEOUS GULF VIEWS from our Destin, Florida condo. This unit is a very large with 1525 sq ft. There is a king-size bed in the Master bedroom as well as in the Guest bedroom. The kitchens are well equipped with everything you have at home. We have an Olympic size heated swimming pool with baths and sauna at our beautiful clubhouse overlooking a lake. There are 2 tennis courts, and shuffleboard. We share our owner's storage closet filled with beach chairs, umbrella's, boogie boards, floats etc. with our guests so you only need to bring beach towels. You can walk to the finest restaurants, shopping, water park. SHORELINE TOWERS is located on Exclusive Holiday Isle in the heart of Destin, voted one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The water is beautiful emerald blue/green with sugar fine white sand. PLEASE NO PETS AND NON- SMOKERS only.
