The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a separate office and desk. The office also has a queen sized convertible couch. The other three large bedrooms have a king-size, queen-size and two twin beds, respectively. The two twin beds can be modified to a king-size bed if requested. We also have two cribs and two high chairs for little ones. Also, two baby gates.

As far as beach access is concerned, you can either walk down the stairs of the large rear deck to the ground floor, or directly through the sliding glass door from the billiard room onto the beach. The water's edge is approximately 30-40 feet from our hedge.

The house has wireless Internet, four TV's, one large screen with DVD/VCR, two each with VCR's for watching videos, and the forth one in the king bedroom. The very large billiard room has a professional-sized table. The utility room has a full-size washer and dryer, folding table, ironing board and iron. There is also a full-size 2nd refrigerator in the utility room. We have a large BBQ for your cook outs.

There are many golf courses, public and semi-private, in the area. If you like dog racing, the track is about 3 miles from our beach house. Shopping is readily available in the local stores, flea markets, and factory outlet mall. Also many restaurants of different types. The property's address is
27532 Hickory Boulevard, and is about 1/2 mile north of Doc's, a famous restaurant on the beach. Our beach house is about 5 miles south of Fort Myers Beach and 12 miles north of the center of Old Naples.
