The Villa: If you are looking for a superb Florida vacation rental home with screened private pool, overlooking a lake and conservation beyond then look no further!

Our home is located on the beautiful gated community of Town Center Resort which is an exclusive gated community, only minutes away from the Walt Disney World Resort which includes the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM Studios and Animal Kingdom. This peaceful location has the advantage of being located near to the junction of the I-4 and Hwy. 27, which is close to the 192 with all its restaurants and facilities. Within 3 minutes drive from the villa there is a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, pizza store, hairdressers, take-away food outlets and golf courses.

Kitchen & Living Room: The kitchen is open plan and is a combined with a breakfast bar and nook. It is superbly fitted out with all you will need for your stay including all crockery, cutlery, electric cooker, toaster microwave, dishwasher and large fridge freezer.

There is a fully equipped laundry area for your convenience, there is also a high chair and stroller if you have a young child in the party.

Towels and linen are provided and there is also a full home clen after every client carried out by our local management company.

The family room has a 2 sofa and occasional furniture with a six seater dining table. The room also contains an entertainment centre complete with remote control cable tv, dvd player and video cassette recorder. For the children their is a Playstation 2 games console with a selection of games. There is also several board games. A local video rental store, movie mania which is located at nearby Champions Gate.


Bedrooms: Our home offers 5 large bedrooms. Two are master bedrooms with Queen size beds and En-Suite bathrooms. Both Master bedrooms have tv`s alarm clocks, hair dryers and vanity units. The main master bedroom also has direct acess to the pool deck.

The remaining 3 bedrooms contain 1 queen size bed and 2 x twin beds in the remaining bederooms each has set of drawers with reading lamps. The third bathroom can be shared by the twin rooms.

Private Pool & Patio: Our pool is a south facing pool which backs onto a large lake and conservation area. The surrounding patio is furnished with chairs and sun loungers. The pool deck is fully screened, which helps keep the pool clean and wildlife and insects out. The pool is serviced weekly, so that so you can be sure that it is nice and clean to swim in. We have provided a separating fence between the pool and deck giving additional peace of mind where children are concerned! Electric pool heating is also available should you require it at a small additional charge. Normally only required during some winter months.
