"OAKLEY" is a private, family-owned and maintained, luxurious four-bedroom, three-bathroom Villa with air-conditioning and its own screened pool. Extremely spacious accommodation allows sleeping and relaxation in comfort for up to 10 people. All modern conveniences are provided.

Located in the well-known community of Westridge, The Manors is a privately gated enclave of homes located on SR27 a few miles south of the popular US192.

The Manors is situated just 15 minutes from Disney World, 20 minutes from International Drive and its attractions and close to supermarkets, restaurants, golf courses and other amenities. An ideal base for your holiday in Florida.

Our home sleeps up to 10 - and has two separate living areas. family room, living room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast area and four bedrooms.

Two bedrooms are double-bedded, master en-suite and two twin-bedded rooms share the two other bathrooms. All bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers and all rooms have ceiling fans.

It has over 2000 sq. ft of air-conditioned living space and has its own oversized 30 ft screened swimming pool with extended sun decking, covered lanai and equipped with patio furniture and sun beds. The pool can be heated at cooler times of the year if required. There is also a double garage.

The lanai is fitted with a large ceiling fan to offer optional protection from the hot Florida sun. The extended sundeck surrounds the swimming pool, providing plenty of space for relaxing. The pool itself, at approximately 30 feet in length and 15 feet wide, is larger than average. Both the lanai and pool deck are illuminated, allowing full use of both at all times even after dark. There are a number of sun loungers, a table and chairs, making the area ideal for relaxing and sunbathing. The view to the rear is a westerly aspect ensuring a plentiful supply of sunshine and magnificent Florida sunsets. A fine mesh screen surrounds the deck to keep out any bugs, but without blocking the sun. The whole area is protected by pool alarms to ensure children cannot access the area without adult supervision.
