Doors and windows opening onto the pool area are fitted with "Kiddy" alarms to help prevent " little ones " from straying into the pool area unaccompanied.

The villa offers you the chance to relax in a very quiet peaceful location, with the benefit of only having to travel a short distance to all the local attractions.

“Visit the theme parks, play golf and then relax by the pool” – it does not get much better than this!!!

The villa is fully air conditioned and heated and has been finished to exacting standards. Our villa is furnished to a very high standard providing our guests luxurious comfort and surroundings.


There is also FREE use of crib, high- chair,electronic-safe, large gas barbecue for those meals cooked outdoors.Electronic dart board, DVD, Playstation with films and games to choose from.


On arrival at our villa ,you will be met by our management company who will advise you on all alarm codes etc.They will also give you any information you may require to make your stay at "Fairway Villa" the vacation of a lifetime.

The large and spacious screened deck provides ample room for all guests to sunbathe/relax and there are plenty of padded sun loungers, recliners etc, table and chairs as well as a free BBQ grill for your use.Also the 2 ceiling fans can give you that extra bit of breeze on a red hot day.

LOCATION

Highlands Reserve, situated to the west of US Highway 27 just three miles south of the US 192 junction, is in a quiet, peaceful location set among the beautiful rolling countryside to the west of Disney.


Neighbouring orange groves and pine trees add to the natural beauty of the location, which has easy access to all of the major attractions with shops, supermarkets and restaurants catering for most tastes and price brackets only a short drive away on US 192. There is a recently opened Publix supermarket within 5 minutes drive of the community.


Highlands Reserve is built around a challenging 18 hole par 72 championship golf course. It is the perfect vacation spot for golfers and families that want easy, quick access to the theme parks of the Orlando area. There is a clubhouse and a driving range for family enjoyment and that extra special community vacation. Highlands Reserve also has a children's playground and tennis courts available to villa guests.
