If you enjoy beautiful mountain scenery and breathtaking views, you will enjoy our vacation condo in the Wildernest area of Silverthorne, at the base of Buffalo Mountain.
Any time of the year, you will find many activities to meet every taste. Or if you prefer, you can relax in our lovely townhouse which provides ample lodging for a large family or group of friends. We have enough beds for eight people plus a Queen sized sofa sleeper. We also have an infant's bed available. There are three bedrooms, a spacious loft bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, two full baths, and a gas fireplace. There are two cable televisions with VCRs; one with a DVD player. We also have a CD stereo and FREE secure high speed wireless internet service.
The condo has a stunning great room with vaulted ceiling, and a spacious master bedroom suite, also with a vaulted ceiling.
Our condo is quiet, as it does not share a wall with any other unit in the complex. It is conveniently located near the world class resorts of Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and Arapahoe Basin. Loveland, Beaver Creek, Vail, and Ski Cooper are just a short drive away. Steamboat Springs is 90 miles away.
Fully equipped recreational centers with pools and indoor and outdoor hot tubs are located in nearby Silverthorne and Breckenridge.
Add a $120.00 cleaning fee for stays less than 5 nights.
Reservation Information: For your convenience, we now offer a choice of VISA, Mastercard, or personal check. To confirm your reservation, we require a 33% down payment.
Payment of the balance is due 45 days prior to your planned arrival date. A credit card number must be placed on file as a security deposit.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 45 days prior to your arrival date, 90% of your down payment will be refunded. If you cancel less than 45 days prior to your arrival date, 50% of the down payments will be refunded. If you cancel within two weeks of your arrival date, 25% of the down payments will be refunded. However, at any time we will refund the full amount if we can rent the unit for the nights that are cancelled.

| HUGE Master bedroom with King bed, brand new mattress!
Outside the master bedroom is a loft room with a trundle bed (sleeps 2 in twin sized beds) and dresser for the loft occupants.
Downstairs are two guest bedrooms and the other bathroom. One guest room has a double bed, the other has two twin beds. There is also a Queen sized pull out sofa bed in the Great Room.
Kitchen is complete with microwave, disposal, coffee maker, dishwasher in addition to the usual appliances.
Covered parking for 2 - 3 cars, gas fireplace, deck facing Buffalo Mountain, washer and dryer in the building, VCR/DVD player, cable TV, wireless internet accessible anywhere in the condo.
Biking, hiking trails, Lake Dillon nearby. Silverthorne Outlet stores within 1 mile. And of course, SKIING! |
