Your Swiss Efficiency hosts, originally from Central Switzerland and Germany’s Black Forest, welcome world travelers to our newly built B&B apartments. We are fluent in English, Swiss and German, and also speak moderate French and Italian.
The Swiss Efficiency apartments are on the garden level of our home, with excellent views of Campbell Lake and the Chugach Mountains. These apartments are the ideal arrangement for short or long stays in Anchorage, either for business or family visits. We are conveniently located close to restaurants, stores, bike trails and a city bus stop. Breakfast provisions are supplied in the kitchenette.

Rates & Information
Lake View Efficiency: High Season (May 20 - Sept 10) $90.
Mountain View Efficiency: High Season (May 20 - Sept 10) $95.
(Note: Add 8% bed tax to the above rates)
Reservations must be made 7 days in advance. Minimum reservation is for 2 nights; single nights approved on a "last minute" basis only. A reservation deposit of either one night’s stay, or 50% of the total if staying 5 or more nights, is due no later than ten (10) days prior to the reservation date. Reservation deposits by cashier’s check, money order or personal check are accepted. Balance is due upon arrival.
Rates quoted are for single or double occupancy. A third occupant would be an additional $15 per day. Payment is accepted in cash, traveler’s check, or personal check.
For extended stays in excess of one week (7 days), please request a special quote. We also offer attractive weekly and monthly off-season rates.
Check-in time is after 5 p.m., unless special arrangements are made in advance. Check-out time is 11 a.m., unless different arrangements are made with longer stays only.
